I had a great experience, Tyrone Price and his staff were great at taking care of my needs. I pulled in, easy drop off got checked in. I went and waited didn’t take long for my tires to get put on and balanced, I paid, then I left with a smile.

New cars are technological powerhouse, unfortunately, the sales and service dept folks are not at speed. Very difficult to get issues fixed when there is no clear understanding!!

Horrible customer service. Even worse communication. Notified Ryan that i smelled antifreeze and had to keep adding antifreeze two services ago. Was told they smelled it also but could not find the leak. Never notified me of the status of my vehicle nor ever updated the app. Had to keep calling to check on my vehicle. The rear tire on our E350 found a nail on a recent trip, so we called our Service Advisor, Sullivan Lindler and the tire was replaced in record time. The service team also performed a multi-point inspection and they detailed the car prior to pickup. Nothing like great service.

I am big on customer service and the service department is lacking. I know this is a high end business however my experiences have not been great. I’ve had my Mercedes for a long time and I will be purchasing another in 2025. My service man, Marcus was extremely nice on the first day however the following day I was expecting a call before noon with an update which I did not receive. I was greeted in a very welcoming way this morning… and that’s always appreciated. Then my service tech was ready and waiting on my vehicle and assure me that the concerning issues would be taken care of. He called me when it was ready and once I picked up my vehicle, he reminded me to get my oil changed within the next 2-3 weeks.

It was a great experience, and the salesman Ryan was awesome. He handle everything with care. And my buying experience was very pleasant. It didn't take all day, and I was very pleased with the price range, and my buying experience.

This dealership is one of the best it does a great job, clean work and all the service advisors have great attitude.

The staff including of sales people and service managers were courteous and polite with outstanding knowledge of product.

Didn't refill windshield washer fluid, over inflated front tires and didn't check or fix brake oroblem

Came in on this occasion for a tire check and to schedule an appointment for service. While waiting, I spoke with a salesman about an SUV. Ended up buying a similar SUV, which says a lot about the gentlemen in sales that I dealt with (David, Jason, and Corey). They were engaging, helpful, and patient. Mi interaction with Marcus and Jorge was outstanding. Marcus apprised me of an issue beyond the replacement of my fuel pump. Jorge pointed out that my driver side tie rod beaded to be repaired or I would not be able to travel safely back to northern VA. They were fast efficient and polite.

They quickly identified the software problem and updated everything but I’m disappointed they didn’t check the fluids or a cursory inspection of things while there. I had to add wiper fluid two days later.

This dealership has a habit of being negligent when it comes to the proper maintenance of my vehicle and the services or issues that I specifically request of them. In 2022 they neglected to check my Fuel pump and Filter as I requested; instead, they charged me for an auxiliary battery; the day after I picked up my car, it shut down in the middle of the road during lunch traffic and I was almost rear-ended.
