David Hooks our salesman was incredible. He took great care of us and really enjoyed Corey the finance manager. The only thing that was uncomfortable was the altercation between the sales manager and the finance manager where the sales manager was using the F word multiple times at the finance manager. Sales manager also put a stopclock on us to try and get 500 off by figuring out his license plate. Made my wife very uncomfortable and we almost walked away from the deal because of him. Very unprofessional!!

My battery went dead and we tried to get out to replace it but we couldn’t. We then charged it and I called mb dealer. My appointment was for the next am but was unsure if charge would hold so they let me drop off Adviser called me after checking and found a few things that will need attention. I really appreciate this rather than to return later for this I had the items serviced along with the new battery.
