I was really impressed with Sullivan when I had my car serviced, While observing him I could tell he had a big heart. I just purchased a beautiful new CLE 450 Cabriolet and everyone at the dealer bent over backwards to help us with all the additional after factory accessories I purchased as well as getting the windows tinted and a ceramic coating applied. I will purchase all future cars with MB of Augusta. The dealership has a new general manager and sales manager, if you’ve not had a good experience at this dealership in the past, I recommend you visit them again, they are working diligently to become the best MB dealership! I absolutely love the service I receive when I’m at the dealership. Everyone is so nice and makes me feel welcome from the valet guys to the service team. They acknowledge everyone who walks in the door and make sure everyone is being serviced. The service manager Always engaged and making sure everyone is being helped . As a woman, I did not like going to the dealership for fear of being talked over and not heard. Zachariah was the service representative that assisted me. He insured transportation was available because the repairs were quite extensive. He explained the needed repairs and I proceeded to office to sign paperwork for a vehicle.

Always first class at this service department! They need to hire more technicians, or not make as many service appointments per day! It took 31.5 hours to do a 30,000 mile service. They did not even get to it on the day I brought it in!
