I travel from Lexington, SC to this dealership because of the service department especially my service advisor Zac and I will continue to do so as long as he is there.
Staff was very friendly. And I have to mention his name Ryan. He was my service advisor. Friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend him or any of the staff. Excellent service.
Service folks are very professional, experienced, but extremely friendly , helpful, and honest. I did not feel that they ever tried to oversell my service needs.
I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime and was exposed to different tactics during my purchase. However during my most recent purchase with this dealership I was introduced to a more pleasant and understanding of my needs of a vehicle, from management to sales person. Whenever I have business in Augusta GA, I try to schedule my appointments for my car with them although I live in Charlotte, NC. Ryan my service manager is accommodating and helpful when I go in for service. He understands my situation and he try’s to work out any issues I may have. Very friendly and professional.
Sullivan, Tyrone and Julie are always helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. Even though I have had some issues with my car they have done their best to make sure I am taken good care of expeditiously. Their communication has been wonderful.

David Hooks our salesman was incredible. He took great care of us and really enjoyed Corey the finance manager. The only thing that was uncomfortable was the altercation between the sales manager and the finance manager where the sales manager was using the F word multiple times at the finance manager. Sales manager also put a stopclock on us to try and get 500 off by figuring out his license plate. Made my wife very uncomfortable and we almost walked away from the deal because of him. Very unprofessional!!

My battery went dead and we tried to get out to replace it but we couldn’t. We then charged it and I called mb dealer. My appointment was for the next am but was unsure if charge would hold so they let me drop off Adviser called me after checking and found a few things that will need attention. I really appreciate this rather than to return later for this I had the items serviced along with the new battery.
