Q: How do I order my new Mercedes-Benz?
A: Start by clicking the “Custom Order” button below the image of the new Mercedes-Benz model you want. Include any preferences (color, options, etc.) in the comments section. A Mercedes-Benz of Augusta team member will be in contact shortly to verify your desired vehicle preferences, explore potential incoming stock and then arrange to submit your order to Mercedes-Benz.

Q: Can I order vehicles other than the ones shown on this page?
A: As vehicles are updated from one model year to the next, there are times when orders are accepted and times when they are closed. If you do not see your preferred vehicle here, please contact us for help.

Q: How long will it take before my new Mercedes-Benz is delivered?
A: Lead times will vary by model and configuration, but Mercedes-Benz will make every effort to expedite your order.

Q: Is there an extra cost for custom-ordering a new Mercedes-Benz?
A: Absolutely not. Final sale prices are negotiated between you and Mercedes-Benz of Augusta, but the factory does not charge extra for custom orders.

Q: How do I arrange financing my custom-ordered Mercedes-Benz?
A: Our Mercedes-Benz of Augusta associate will be happy to explain the financing options available to you as well as help you arrange financing, should you desire.

Q: How will I received notification that my new Mercedes-Benz is being delivered?
A: Once your Mercedes-Benz has arrived at Mercedes-Benz of Augusta, a team member will be in touch to confirm its arrival, collect any additional information needed to complete the transaction and finalize delivery details, including the time and location convenient for you.
